information. Lend A Hand Legal safeguards all information from possible

If you apply for an extension of credit on our site, or
request legal document preparation services we require that you provide certain
personally identifiable information, including your name, address, and phone
number. Although it is required on your legal documents, we do not collect
social security or driver license numbers. This information is necessary to
process your application, paperwork and to contact you. Lend A Hand Legal may or
may not conduct a credit check on an application for credit. If a credit check
is conducted, you will be notified and provided with the necessary disclosures
as provided by federal and state law.
We will occasionally send you information regarding your
account status, such as past due notices, invoices, reminders etc. All
communications regarding extensions of credit will originate from the finance
department, and all inquiries should be directed to the appropriate source. You

Questionnaires
When you purchase a service from us, you will be
required to complete multiple questionnaires that will be used to complete
certain portions of the legal documents. We require that you provide certain
personally identifiable information, including your name, address, and phone
number. This information is necessary to prepare your legal documents

Finance Agreements & Service Agreements
If you decide to take advantage of our services, you may
be required to electronically sign finance, service, and/or mediation
agreements. Your electronic signature is procured electronically. Your
electronic signature is legally binding. All customers may be required to
electronically sign disclosures and a service agreement which will also be
transmitted by way of internet and email. The actual agreements do not contain
personally identifiable information, other than your name.
Social Security Numbers
We do not require your social security number to provide

From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to
participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will

The nature of legal document preparation requires very
personal and confidential information in most instances. For this reason, we
guard your personal information with the strictest standards. All information
that you submit will be kept in a secure location for a period of 6 months to 1
year (depending on the average length of the pendency or your legal matter). We
must keep this information for a specified period of time so that we may address
any additional services that you may need in the future. At the expiration of
this time period, all of your personal information that we collected will be
destroyed. You will be notified by email and possibly by United States postal
service, following the destruction of your information. You may contact our
privacy enforcement team if you wish your records to be destroyed at an earlier
time. The information that we collect from you will be used for the sole purpose
of preparing the legal documents that you request. We do not share your
information with any third parties, whatsoever.
Communications from the Site
Special Offers and Updates
We will occasionally send you information on products,
services, special deals, and promotions. You can sign up for these emails from
us on certain pages throughout the site.

requirement of a credit check to obtain financing. In the event that a credit

We share aggregated demographic information about our
user base with our partners and advertisers. This information does not identify
