Severability

In order to use the advance functions of this Web site, you must first complete the registration form, and create a user name and password. During registration, you must give contact information (such as name and email address). An email address is required to use our services. We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

We will occasionally send you information on services, special deals, promotions. You can sign up for these emails from us on certain pages throughout the site.

LEND A HAND LEGAL is the sole owner of the information collected on LEND A HAND LEGAL.COM. LEND A HAND LEGAL collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

The nature of legal document preparation requires very personal and confidential information in most instances. For this reason, we guard your personal/client information with the strictest standards. All information that you submit will be kept in a secure location for a period of 6 months to 1 year (depending on the average length of the pendency or your legal matter). We prefer to keep this information for a specified period of time so that we may address any additional services that you may need in the future. At the expiration of this time period, all of your personal/client information collected will be destroyed. You will be notified by email and possibly by United States postal service, following the destruction of your information. The information we collect from you will be used for the sole purpose of preparing the legal work product that you request. We will not share your information with any third parties, whatsoever.
